It facilitates to maintain your profile and see your past prescription, the prescriptions are for only indicative purpose, you should refer you original prescription for any purpose. Even you can buy your consultation credit online, which you can use for taking appointments or consultation with iQH affiliated doctors only. Registration:To be a part of iQH, and avail various services offered by iQH, you are required to register with iQH by completing the signup process in the website. By browsing, using iQH website, you have unconditionally agreed to the Terms of Service laid by iQH and you agree and confirm that the terms of service may be changed at the sole discretion of iQH, without notice. Please ensure yourself that you are regularly updated the term of service laid by iQH. The services offered here can not be used in medical emergency cases, in medical emergency case, you should rush to the nearest hospital and get the treatment there. To avail this service your age must be more than 18 years. In the case of minors (under eighteen -18 - years), a parent or guardian must accept these Terms of Service, and monitor all consultations under the offered Services. You can select the package you want and make the payment towards the Service Charge for that particular package.
